Description“A Case for Growth…the Obvious ‘Whys’ and Not So Obvious ‘Hows.’”

As a compliment to last months great general meeting hosted my Mike Levin of the American Electronics Association, the Lake Lanier Technology Alliance is pleased to welcome Rodney Page from the Focus Group as the speaker for this months meeting.
The Focus Group is an Atlanta based management consulting firm focused on working with growth companies to insure that the tremendous opportunities of sustained growth are realized.
Growth is necessary, and companies that are not growing are likely dying, or, at least, on the critical list. But, rapid growth brings with it a unique set of challenges and opportunities. These growth challenges and opportunities must be anticipated and exploited in order for the shareholders, management and employees to fully realize the benefits that can come from rapid growth.
No matter if you’re a small, medium sized or large business you will most certainly gain valuable insight on how to effectively sustain and manage your company’s growth strategies.
